We reward portfolio growth with built-in savings. Our management fee decreases as your number of units increases, starting at 10% for 1–4 units, dropping to 9% for 5–9 units, and as low as 8% for 10+ units. It’s a simple, scalable pricing structure designed to maximize your returns as you grow.
